Catalyzing Green Economies, Protecting Nature and Societal Wellbeing Together

We are Edeni Platform, a resource organization helping faith-based organizations and other change agents bring their voice and agency to the fore on issues of climate adaptation and mitigation, environmental restoration, and low-carbon economic development that benefit all people and nature.

Our goal is to catalyze Africa’s socio-economic transformation by providing professional services in capacity strengthening, policy influencing, and bespoke program design. We also facilitate multi-stakeholder partnerships to create lasting change.

We create awareness and mobilize action for policy change

  • Support organizations understand the root causes of today’s environmental and climate crisis and advocate for ecological, climate, and economic justice.
  • Strengthen organizations’ capacities to engage in policy advocacy at local, national, regional and global levels.
  • Harness the voices of women and young people, leaving no one behind.

ENGAGE

We strengthen partnerships for impact

  • Bring people from various sectors together to collaborate on ideas that address the climate and environment challenge.
  • Offer customized service in the design, monitoring, and evaluation of projects that meet community needs.
  • Run campaigns to inform the public about sustainable practices and encourage the use of eco-friendly solutions.

AMPLIFY

We connect actors and promote cross-learning and joint working

  • Facilitate the exchange of knowledge and global best practices.
  • Spotlight initiatives and campaigns that promote sustainable alternatives for socio-economic development.
  • Act as an ecosystem builder for joint initiatives, resource sharing and collective action by supporting impactful partnerships among faith actors, climate scientists, philanthropic organizations, governments, NGOs, community-based organizations, and the private sector.
